Lead soundbaths with confidence
By the end of the retreat, you will know how to:
- Play crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, and tuning forks with proper form and technique
- Structure a complete sound bath for an individual client or a group
- Create guided meditations that support the intention of each session
- Understand how sound and frequency interact with the nervous system
- Choose instruments and frequencies intentionally instead of simply playing what sounds good
- Hold space with greater confidence when emotional responses arise
- Begin incorporating sound healing into your existing work or create offerings of your own
You will also complete the SoundRx training and receive your sound healer certification.
APPLY FOR THE TRAININGYou do not need to be a musician
This training is for you if:
- You love sound baths and feel called to begin guiding others
- You are a coach, healer, therapist, yoga teacher, wellness practitioner, or creative who wants to add sound healing to your work
- You have already begun working with sound but want stronger technique, structure, and confidence
- You want in-person practice and direct feedback rather than another course you complete alone
- You want to understand the nervous system and the intention behind the instruments, not just how to play them
Beginners are welcome. Instruments are provided during the training, so you do not need to purchase or bring your own.
Not sure whether your experience is the right fit? That is exactly what the application and enrollment call are for.
Why HYHO
This is not a certification squeezed into a weekend or watched through a screen.
You will live and train alongside a small group at La Corte dei Signoretti, a restored 17th-century villa in the Italian village of Canale Monterano. Staying on-site gives you time to practice, receive feedback, ask questions, and integrate what you are learning without rushing back into everyday life.
Between sessions, you can rest at the villa or walk to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. The retreat combines focused professional training with the space and pace of life in an Italian village.

What's not included
Flight or Travel
Your flights and related travel expenses are not included as part of the training. Please make the necessary arrangements in advance.
If traveling internationally, the closest airport is Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). From there, Canale Monterano is approximately 1–1.5 hours by car.
We recommend arranging a taxi, Uber, or rental car in advance for a smooth arrival.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend securing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. As all bookings are final and non-refundable, insurance can help protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending.
Depending on the policy, travel insurance may reimburse your retreat cost if you need to cancel for a covered reason (such as illness or emergencies). For broader protection, we recommend selecting a policy that includes “cancel for any reason” coverage.
Lunch or Dinner
Daily breakfast, water, juices, and light snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like extra nourishment throughout the day.
Each afternoon, we'll take a one-hour lunch break. You’re welcome to bring your lunch or explore the many amazing and affordable options within walking distance of the retreat.
⚠️ Please note: If we are a good match, the next step would involve an Enrollment Call. If you aren't considering participation, we kindly ask you to refrain from applying. Thank you 🙏

AVI SHERBILL
SOUND + SOMATIC PRACTITIONER
Avi is the founder of SoundRx, a Certified Sound Practitioner with a background in sound production and TV/film music composition, and a Certified Trauma-Informed Meditation Teacher.
Having grown up in the world of orthodox jewry, Avi left that life to pursue a career in music but became disconnected from purpose and self, eventually leading to drug abuse and mental health struggles.
Upon rediscovering a love of the pure vibrational frequency of sound and power of breath, Avi began creating unique sound experiences to help others tune into their higher essence. He now regularly guides soundbaths and trainings for groups and private clients around the world since 2018.
