Boarding
There are many relatively affordable options with AirBnB and hotels in the area.
You will also be added to a WhatsApp group with other attendees so you can coordinate boarding and other things if you'd like.

Flight or Travel
Your flight and related travel expenses are not covered as part of the training. Please make the necessary arrangements in advance.
If traveling internationally, the closest international airport is LIS (Humberto Delgado Airport), and it is approximately 7 miles (or 12km) from the training center at Organic Flow Studio.
We also recommend securing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
Meals
Water and light snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like extra nourishment throughout the day.
Each afternoon, we'll take a one-hour lunch break at a nearby spot. You’re welcome to bring your lunch or explore the many amazing and affordable options just around the corner.

SOUND + SOMATIC PRACTITIONER
Avi is the founder of SoundRx and a certified sound practitioner with a background in sound production and TV/film music composition.
Having grown up in the world of orthodox jewry, Avi left that life to pursue a career in music but became disconnected from purpose and self, eventually leading to drug abuse and mental health struggles.
Upon rediscovering a love of the pure vibrational frequency of sound and power of breath, Avi began creating unique sound experiences to help others tune into their higher essence. He now regularly guides soundbaths and trainings for groups and private clients around the world since 2018.
