Sound is medicine
My mission is to help people heal from deep-rooted traumas and physical ailments with evidence-based healing frequencies.
Spiritual and scientific
By using deconstructed music (or pure sound) via singing bowls and gongs, we can help to heal addictions and stabilize emotions. The sound of singing bowls is chemically metabolized in the body as the endogenous opioid, which works to reduce pain internally¹.
By intentionally utilizing slower sound waves and vibrations, this method (unlike other soundbaths) heightens the transition from a normal waking state (beta) to a meditative and deep sleep state (alpha/delta).
The sound of success
We observed and asked nearly 1000 participants in drug rehab on how they felt before and after a soundbath. This is what they said:
90%
of participants said their anxiety decrease signifantly
82%
of participants said they felt less angry
76%
of participants said they felt more hopeful
My sound journey
5 EVENTS THAT CHANGED MY LIFE
2010 to 2011
Toured the country with my old band Josephine and the Mousepeople. It opened my eyes to a life beyond the orthodox Jewish world I grew up in.
2017
Got sober after a decade of drug use and began healing my trauma. Started therapy, hired coaches, delved into deep healing work, and discovered soundbaths and my life's calling.
2018
Met my wife Candice. After over a decade of being in relationships that were not meant for me, my life finally aligned once I began healing and fully loving myself.
2018
Gave my first soundbath retreat and workshop to an incredible group and realized my purpose to be of service to others.
2019 & 2021
The births of my children gave me a new perspective on what it meant to live a wholehearted life. Being a father has meant living with my heart outside my chest.
