Marketing Assistant
Part-Time / Remote
We’re looking for someone who can support with content, communication, and light project management for SoundRx and other family brands. You’ll play a key role in keeping things moving behind the scenes and helping us connect more deeply with our audience.
đź’» Role Overview:
- Ideate Instagram posts and stories
- Manage DMs, respond to messages, and update our broadcast channel
- Assist with email marketing (newsletters + automations)
- Write event and product descriptions (e.g. Eventbrite, online store)
- Help track and support enrollment for our Sound Healer Trainings
- Respond to incoming partnership emails
- Reach out to wholesalers to help us source new wellness products
- Light admin and digital organization including scheduling optimization

✨ You might be a great fit if you:
- Are a great communicator and love writing short-form copy
- Have a creative eye for detail
- Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Are familiar with Canva, Instagram, Google Docs, Kajabi, and Eventbrite
- Have experience (or interest) in wellness or marketing
- Can work independently and keep things moving without a lot of hand-holding
- Can resourcefully use ChatGPT but not wholly depend on it for copy

- Part-time: 5–10 hours/week
- Remote (U.S.-based preferred for time zone alignment)
- Pay: $18–$25/hr depending on experience
- Flexible hours with some responsiveness during the week
