Crystal Singing Bowls


There are many brands and styles of crystal singing bowls available, but the main question I often hear is whether to choose frosted or alchemy bowls. Frosted crystal singing bowls, made from pure quartz, produce deep, grounding tones. Their vibrations are strong and consistent, which is why I often recommend them. Crystal alchemy bowls, infused with other gem materials, offer more intricate tones but may not produce as strong of a resonant sound.

Another common question I get is whether to choose bowls tuned to 432 Hz or 440 Hz. If you plan to use background music and other instruments during your soundbaths or recordings, I recommend 440 Hz, as most music is tuned to that standard. However, if you prefer the 432 Hz frequency and will only be using music at the beginning or end, 432 is a great choice. Studies have supported the benefits of both frequencies, so it ultimately comes down to your personal preference and intended use.
